B46/B48 Motiv Reflex Plug and Play Harness

Eliminate the need to splice into your vehicle’s OEM wiring harness with our purpose-built plug-and-play solution. Universal flying-lead harnesses require splicing into the factory DME wiring, which can damage the OEM harness and make installation unnecessarily tedious and error-prone.

Our plug-and-play harness connects directly to the factory DME connections, eliminating the need for cutting or splicing and helping ensure a straightforward, mistake-free installation. It’s also fully reversible, allowing you to return the vehicle to its stock configuration at any time.

Most MOTIV Reflex control units come with a 6-cylinder injector harness. While that harness can be used with the B48, it requires two connectors to remain unplugged. Our harness was specifically designed for the B48, providing a clean, direct-fit solution tailored to the engine’s factory connections.

Not Sure Which Harness You Need?

If your MOTIV Reflex came with a 6-cylinder flying-lead harness, or you purchased the control unit only without a harness, you will need both our Signal Harness and Main Harness.

If your MOTIV Reflex came with a 4-cylinder flying-lead harness, you only need our Signal Harness.

If you plan to use an ethanol content sensor for flex-fuel tuning, an Ethanol Content Sensor Harness is also required.
